Who we are

PortfolioCore provides a UK property investor portfolio tracking service. For privacy questions, contact us at PortfolioCore@outlook.com.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name and email address, property and portfolio data you enter, uploaded documents, billing identifiers, support messages, and technical information needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the app, authenticate users, save portfolio records, generate reports, process subscriptions, analyse uploaded title registers when requested, generate AI portfolio reviews when requested, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.

AI features

When you use AI features, the relevant portfolio data or uploaded title register content is sent to our AI provider to generate the requested output. Do not upload documents or enter information you are not authorised to use. AI outputs are for general information and should be checked before you rely on them.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Stripe may process your billing details under its own privacy terms.

Sharing information

We share information only with service providers needed to run the app, including Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Stripe for billing, and OpenAI for requested AI analysis. We may also share information if required by law or to protect the service from misuse.

How long we keep information

We keep account and portfolio data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymise personal data unless we need to keep limited records for legal, billing, security or accounting reasons.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to how your personal data is used. You can contact us at PortfolioCore@outlook.com. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Security

We use authentication, private storage, row-level database controls and server-side access checks to protect customer data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and keep your login details private.
