About the service

PortfolioCore is a property investor portfolio tracking and analysis tool. It helps users record property, ownership, loan, cashflow, valuation, document and report information.

No professional advice

The service does not provide legal, tax, financial, mortgage, valuation or investment advice. Any reports, calculations, AI summaries or AI reviews are general information based on the data available in the app. You should check important decisions with a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, entering accurate data, checking outputs before relying on them, and ensuring you have permission to upload any documents or information you add to the service.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, your paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

To cancel, use the billing portal inside the app where available or contact PortfolioCore@outlook.com.

Trials and pricing

We may offer a free trial. Pricing, features and limits may change over time. If pricing changes for an active paid subscription, we will aim to give reasonable notice before the change applies.

AI usage limits

AI features may be limited to control cost, prevent abuse and keep the service reliable. Current limits include one fresh AI portfolio review per hour and cached title register analysis for the same document for 24 hours. Limits may change.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, try to access another user's data, upload malicious files, reverse engineer private systems, use the service unlawfully, or use automated activity that harms performance or increases costs unfairly.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, limit or remove features where needed for security, reliability, compliance or product development.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate data entered by users, third-party services, AI output errors, property market changes, professional advice decisions, or use of the service outside its intended purpose.
